Why Are My Photos Uploading to Facebook Blurry

Hi
That seems foreign for sure. I know my galleries are sharp, so I wondering what size of images yous are uploading, besides what device are they viewing them on?
Thanks,
Mine are like that likewise. I upload in sRGB original resolution 300, usually 3000+ long edge. I have been trying to figure out why are my clients images fuzzy when mine are precipitous! I use iMac and nosotros both use iPhones. When she downloads her Original resolution and uploads them to social media information technology's just terrible how big of a divergence hers is than my social media upload.
Also, My photos await a lot sharper in my Lightroom & on my Mac also even much sharper on social media than it is when I've uploaded to shootproof gallery.
But comparing from my LR & drive to shootproofs gallery it is a very noticeable deviation. I'm virtually set up to give up shootproof and go elsewhere to be honest. I have to use professional printers straight from my Mac instead of ordering prints through shootproof due to this result.
That is exactly what is happening to me every bit well. Pictures and then abrupt on my computer. I even downloaded them lower res for social media but the moment the clients receive it and they mail service them- they are so blurry it's embarrassing! I can't afford to have this happening! Three clients now.

Hey everyone - someone else has mentioned this in another thread too. I'm looking into it to see if there's something that inverse!
I am having the same issue. It's a nuptials and I'thousand and so nervous to send her gallery and think she hired an awful photographer! If I download the epitome, information technology looks sharp again but information technology looks super blurry in the gallery, particularly with images That are zoomed out. My images are large, I don't know the issue but my Facebook depression resolution photos expect more detailed than my galleries too

Since I originally posted, my gallery quality has greatly improved. I don't know who fixed what but I'm much happier! Thank you.
That is groovy news! Glad the outcome seems to be resolved.
I am having the same issue. This entire fourth dimension I kept thinking it was my phone service, but I just looked at another lensman'south photos on Facebook that are tack sharp and mine that were shared by my client are blurry. They are also blurry when I zoom in directly on the shoot proof site.
I've just noticed I'yard having this same effect. I'm going to have to change gallery providers considering I can't deliver images to my clients this way. They look terrible.
Having the aforementioned issue! Photos are uploaded and exported correctly, all the same they are well-nigh unviewable in the gallery! Unable to make it touch with customer support. May have to change gallery services. Love shootproof'due south features, merely tin't deliver blurry galleries to clients :(
Thanks!
That is exactly what is happening to me as well. Pictures so sharp on my computer. I even downloaded them lower res for social media only the moment the clients receive it and they mail service them- they are then blurry it's embarrassing! I can't afford to have this happening! Three clients now.
I have this problem as well has anyone institute a solution to this?
Same issue here!
Images look blurry in ShootProof gallery but in Lightroom or if you download the epitome from the gallery it looks abrupt.
I oasis't seen a solution to this issue here. Is at that place one? I tin't evangelize these the mode they are….its not a bad blur, but they demand to exist perfect. I tried contacting support and they seem to be very difficult to become a hold of….not so promising.
I know support wants us to ship in the galleries we are having problems with, but I literally can't do that every time - it's every gallery! Abrupt on my computer, non sharp on iphone, android, etc. I never had this effect with Smugmug. I'm getting gear up to go to some other platform if they can't go this sorted out as it'south been over v months!
Hey everyone!
Since the last time this effect was resolved (back around May for those users), I think it's pertinent to revisit this thread with recent comments.
As this isn't a blanket issue affecting everyone, information technology'due south important that each of you who are experiencing issues regarding paradigm quality when uploaded speak directly with support and then that they can await directly into your account and processes to identify the event at hand. The community is for education but non specifically tech back up (as I don't take admission to individual user accounts). As a photographer myself, I tin understand your frustrations with photos appearing blurry one time uploaded and will support in the process of getting these issues resolved.
Please reach out directly to support at support@shootproof.com with screenshots, device(s) and browser(s) information too so they tin can try to identify the effect and/or any pattern of these bug across specific accounts.
Cheers then much!

I did reference this thread.
My the support instance was opened on my wife's account since she is the primary admin on the account but this business relationship is likewise an admin just not the principal.
